If you’re looking for delicious food – such as breakfast, brunch, or even a coffee spot near Haven – we serve handcrafted bagels, fresh & locally produced coffee, and vegetarian & vegan-friendly options. Perfect for a quick takeaway before a day of exploring in town!
What type of bagels do you sell?
At our bagel bar, we proudly serve hand-rolled, authentic bagels from The Bagel Bakery, renowned for their high-quality products. They offer a variety of bagels, including classic options like sesame, poppy seed, and salted, as well as other artisan flavors. Each bagel is made using traditional methods: hand-formed, refrigerated for 24 hours, then boiled and baked on wooden paddles. These bagels feature a firm outer crust with a soft, chewy center, and are free from additives and preservatives. The Bagel Bakery also offers whole grain and rye options to suit a variety of tastes.
Are your bagels gluten-free?
As of March 2025, our bagels are not gluten-free as they are made with wheat flour to maintain the traditional texture and flavor. However, we understand the growing demand for gluten-free options, and we are actively seeking a supplier who can provide high-quality gluten-free bagels without compromising on the standards of taste and quality that our customers love. Stay tuned for updates!
Can I customise my order?
Absolutely! Here at The Bagel Bar & we offer our delicious signature bagels with thoughtfully chosen ingredients and names, as well as offering you the freedom to pick and choose your bagel type and the ingredients & condiments to go with it. We can also grill your bagels to make them toastally delicious!
Do you offer vegan or vegetarian options?
We have several vegan & vegetarian friendly options for our bagels, cookies, snacks, crisps and drinks! We often slightly adjust our menu to introduce new delicious products – though we will always ensure there are vegan & vegetarian friendly options available for everyone.
What are your opening hours?
Do you offer a delivery or pick-up service?
As of March 2025, we are currently only offering a free collection service, with the intention of offering a delivery service to Berwick-upon-Tweed and closely surrounding areas in the near future.

- Bagel Platters: We create custom platters featuring a range of bagels with spreads and toppings, ideal for breakfast meetings, brunches, or large events.
- Dietary-Friendly Options: We offer a variety of vegan and vegetarian-friendly bagels, including options with plant-based spreads and fillings, so everyone can enjoy!
Do you serve any drinks?
Yes, we offer a variety of hot and cold drinks to complement your bagels! Our drinks menu includes all the standard coffees and teas, including matcha tea, matcha lattes, and iced coffee with CBD. We also offer:
Karma Drinks: Refreshing natural sodas made with Fairtrade ingredients, supporting social projects and helping farmers improve their lives.
Nuisance Drinks: Low-sugar, bold-flavoured drinks offering a healthier alternative to conventional sugary beverages.
Marlish Waters: Pure, natural spring water, available still or sparkling.

In room one: the therapy room – where you can find yourself in a guided meditation or become transformed with the AUKOA method.
In room two – our resident stylist Chantelle will pamper you with her hair styling & extension skills.
Our lunch from the ‘Bagel Bar &’ was incredible!! The Bagels were amazing, the ingredients were of the highest quality, and so tasty! I’ve sent a request for them to never remove the matcha, raspberry and coconut cookies from their menu! Best sweet treat I’ve ever eaten!!!
